How much can they hold?
Up to 100ml — that covers drips, dribbles and light to moderate leaks. They're not designed for full-bladder or heavy overnight leaks.
Can anyone tell I'm wearing them?
No. From the outside they look and feel like regular boxer briefs, with a normal waistband and front fly. The protective panel is thin and sewn in, with no crinkle.
How do I wash them?
Rinse in cold water after wearing, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Skip fabric softener (it coats the absorbent layer and reduces absorbency) and line dry — avoid the dryer and ironing.
How many pairs do I need?
Most men find 3–5 pairs lets them wear a fresh pair every day while the rest are in the wash. That's why our multi-packs are the best value.
Which size should I get?
Measure around your waist and hips and use our size guide. A snug (not tight) fit gives the best leak protection.
Can I wear them after prostate surgery?
Many men use washable leak-proof underwear for light dribbling during recovery. Every recovery is different, so check with your surgical team about the level of protection that's right for you.
